Parties and Noise Policy
Destiny on Fitzherbert strictly enforces a 'No Party & Noise Policy' for the comfort and security of all guests, and will not tolerate excessive noise at any time.
Guest who do not comply with these policies and disrupt the peace and quiet enjoyment of other guests will be required to vacate the premises immediately and without refund.
The credit card of the registered guest will be subject to charges for damages due to guest complaints regarding excessive noise during posted during posted quiet hours. This may include paying the tariffs for guests who leave as a result of your excessive noise. All visitors to your room must leave quietly by 9 pm.
Payment
We would appreciate your account being settled by the method you indicated at check in. Credit Cards accepted are: Visa, Matercard, American Express. Please note a surcharge of 2.5% applies to AMEX.
Pets
Destiny on Fitzherbert does not accommodate pets.

ROOM ACCESS CARDS
The office opens 7:30 am on weekdays and 8:00 am weekends. If you are checking out earlier than that, please let us know the night before so we know when we can send staff in to clean. When you leave just put your access card/s on the kitchen bench, lock box or letterbox by the office and pull the door closed. If card/s are lost or not returned to us, we will need to charge your credit card $35.00 to cover for a replacement.
Security
Please ensure when leaving rooms unoccupied that all doors and windows are securely locked. We do not accept responsibility for stolen property.
Smoking
All of our rooms are smoke free. If you would like to smoke, please smoke outdoors. There are ashtrays provided:
- Top floor along the ballastrade
- Ground floor outside your private patio.
